Delivery Policy

Free delivery on all orders

Delivery is free on every order to any address in Turkey, with no minimum order value.

Delivery times

• Istanbul: 48 to 72 hours
• Rest of Turkey: up to 5 business days

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our logistics partner Servex in Istanbul. Delivery times start from order confirmation and may be longer during campaign periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or disruptions at the cargo company. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, delivery takes place within 30 days at the latest.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If the package is damaged, ask the courier to record a damage report and contact us at support@anaaka.com within 48 hours with photographs. We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

Returns

Returns are also free. We arrange a courier to collect the parcel from your address. See our Return and Withdrawal Policy for details.
