Returns and Contact

Yes. You may return products within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, as long as the packaging and the protective cellophane wrap are unopened. Return shipping is free and we arrange a courier pickup from your address. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics whose wrap or packaging has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Turkish regulation. That exclusion does not apply to damaged or incorrect items. See our Return Policy for details.

Write to us at support@anaaka.com. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and we aim to reply within the same working day.
